AOE/COE

Our AOE/COE investigations involve gathering pertinent information to determine if an alleged injury occurred on a job site or outside of the course of employment.

Throughout the investigation, our staff records the claimant’s alleged injury, gathers statements from any witnesses and reviews documents/files related to the claim.

A detailed AOE/COE is necessary to figure out facts related to the alleged injury before evidence is lost or becomes unusable.

If we discover subrogation issues during the investigation, we then identify all persons involved, gather written statements from those persons and obtain medical, personal and civil court records.
